we are happy and we play music!

we have done this in the speigletent (chris morrin and the mucky kids, the readers wives), at the hard working class heros (chris morrin and the mucky kids, niall james holohan and the homicidal skanks), in the sugar club (niall james holohan and the legendary swordsmen), in cyo (niall james holohan and the subtilties and other guises), at the ruby sessions (aidan and the resident minstrals), in the mezz (Niall James Holohan and the Hopkins), at the king kong club, pravda (the very reverand niall james holohan and lettuce prey, james guilmartin and the screaming poets), at the sunday roast, bia bar (ben kritikos and the filthy children), at sin-e (ben kritikos and the north wall strut, ben kritikos and the fuck you) at bewleys theatre (aidan and the windfallen twigs (all our bags are made from windfallen twigs)) in america (the unsuccessful suicide bombers), in the international (aidan and the dog's member), in belgium (aidan and the running issues) and are likely to turn up anywhere, crashing the stage at random gigs!!!

i find that it's the multiple vocal harmonies and the use of toys in addition to (or sometimes instead of) instruments that makes the band special. that and the talent we each ooze from every orafice and pore!

we've been recording some of the gigs off the desk and may or may not put together some bootleg recordings for your listening pleasure... waddiyistink?

the happy gang did some live demo recordings... there was a church involved, two cats, twenty-one musicians, three microphones, an unaccounted amount of wine and other bits and pieces!
